by installing the allpondpumps Ultraviolet (UV) Clarifier. Adding
an ultraviolet clarifier to your pond system will offer the best
possible clarity to your pond water. As water borne algae and pathogens
pass through the unit, ultraviolet light radiation hits the water
and bombards the cells of algae and pathogens. This effect is optimized
by leading the water directly along the UV bulb in a thin layer.
The Allpondpumps Ultraviolet (UV) Clarifier will ensure clear water
while providing a healthy aquatic environment for both fish and
plants.
Install this unit as an in-line, stand-alone
feature on the included base or place the light tube in your Allpondpumps
CPS Biological Filter. Use the Clarifier continuously during the
pond season to maximize the effective life of the bulb and to achieve
the best possible water clarity. The effective life of the UV bulb
when used in constant operation is 7,500 burning hours. This Allpondpumps
Ultraviolet (UV) Clarifier will produce the best results in ponds
up to 4000 gallons using pumps with a maximum flow up to 2700
gph.
